Policies and Procedures

Let us handle the delivery or pick it up yourself from our warehouse. Your items will be packed in our reusable containers for easy transport.

To make it easier for you to enjoy our rentals, we offer delivery services before your event and collection services after your event. These optional services are available for a fee on qualifying orders.

Our delivery pricing is primarily based on three factors:

Distance from our warehouse
Day of the week
Size of the delivery window

We do not have hard limits on where we are willing to service but our delivery fees will likely become cost prohibitive the further you are away from us.

Day of the Week: Should you require us to deliver on weekends then we will charge an additional fee. We always provide the option to have the items delivered on a business day and retrieved on a business day, even for weekend events. So if you don't mind holding the items for an extra couple of days then you will get lower delivery rates.

Delivery Window: Larger time windows will be cheaper than smaller time windows. For example, delivery between 10am - 6pm (an 8 hour window) is cheaper than 1pm - 3pm (a 2 hour window). Larger time windows help us plan more efficient routes, reducing our fuel costs and time spent on the road, which means lower rates for you.

We offer optional setup and takedown services for select rentals - please inquire at booking. Delivery must be scheduled in advance, and availability may be limited during peak event seasons. Once delivered or picked-up, all items are the customer's responsibility until we collect them or they are returned to our warehouse. Minimum order requirements may apply for delivery,

The containers we deliver your rentals in are considered part of your rental and must be returned with all items. If our reusable containers are damaged or lost, replacement fees may apply. Please also return any packaging found inside containers, as it will be needed for safe transport back to us.

All items should be repacked in the same way they were delivered, using original packaging to prevent damage. Unless otherwise instructed, please ensure rentals are clean and free of debris before returning them to the containers.

Containers must ben returned at the same time as your rental items, either at pickup or drop-off.

Security deposits (if applicable) may be impacted by missing or damaged containers.

Some of our goods may be delivered in protective plastic wrap for sanitary reasons - this generally applies to any item that will handle food, such as flatware.

Our linens are professionally washed, folded, and placed in a plastic bag. Depending on the fabric, they are ironed or steamed before delivery. While we minimize folding, creases are unavoidable during transport. For the crispiest look, we recommend giving them a quick step, or light iron on-site before your event.

Please keep linens in their protective bags until you are ready for set-up, and store them in a clean, dry place. Avoid dragging them on the floor or exposing then ti nano surfaces. Do not attempt to wash or press them at high heat, as this may cause damage. Simply return them in their original bag after use - we'll handle the cleaning.

We rent out our items on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage booking as early as possible. Booking well in advance allows you to secure your preferred items and ensures availability for your event date — especially during peak wedding season and holidays, when high-demand pieces can be reserved months ahead. A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking.

For your convenience, we offer a rental period of up to 5 days - allowing you to receive your items up to 2 days before your event and return them up to 2 days after. Pickup and return must be completed during our warehouse hours. Late returns are subject to additional rental fees.

During peak seasons, the rental period may be adjusted to accommodate high demand. Early returns are always welcome.

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking. All items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability cannot be guaranteed without a deposit.

We accept e-transfer or cash.

Your booking deposit is not-refundable - please review our cancellation policy for full details. Changes to your order can be made up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability.

We understand that during the enjoyment of our items, minor damage or occasional loss can occur. Standard wear and tear — such as light scratches, small scuffs, or a single missing item — is part of the rental business and is factored into our pricing.

However, if an order is not returned, is returned with severe damage, or is missing a significant quantity of items, we reserve the right to charge restocking or replacement fees. These fees will be invoiced and must be paid by e-transfer, cash, or cheque within 7 days. If a security deposit was collected, these costs may be deducted from that amount.

If you discover an item is damaged or lost — especially unique or specialty pieces — please notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for upcoming events that may require the same item.

If an item is damaged, please return as much of it as possible, as we may be able to repair or repurpose it. Prompt communication and returning damaged items can often reduce or eliminate replacement charges.

If rental items are not returned by the agreed-upon date, late fees may apply. Late fees are charged per day past the return date and are calculated based on the value and quantity of the overdue items.

If items are held more than 5 days past their return date without any communication from you, we will consider them lost and will issue an invoice for the replacement value of all unreturned items in the order.

We understand unexpected delays can happen — if you contact us before your return date, we may be able to arrange an extension to avoid additional fees.

You are always welcome to add to an existing order, but additions are subject to item availability.

Last-minute additions may not be possible, even if the items are in stock, as preparing and verifying orders takes time. Orders finalized in advance take priority over last-minute changes. Payment for any added items is required at the time of addition.

Late additions may also affect delivery or pickup arrangements and could result in additional delivery fees. If the original delivery has already been scheduled, a separate pickup or delivery may be required.

During peak event seasons, we may be unable to accommodate additions within the final week before your event. If you think you may need more items, please let us know as soon as possible to secure availability. If an item you request is unavailable, we’ll be happy to suggest suitable alternatives.

Our rental rates always include the cost of cleaning after normal use. We never expect our customers to clean our linens or wash our tableware. Please do not put our items in a washing machine or dishwasher, as this can cause damage.

For tableware, we ask that you scrape off excess food and give items a quick rinse under running water before packing them for return. Heavily soiled items, or those showing signs of negligence or unauthorized use (such as candle was stains on linens, mold, or breakage due to improper handling), may incur additional cleaning or replacement fees.

Some specialty items require specific handling - these will be noted at the time of booking. If you are unsure whether your planned usage is suitable for our rentals, please contact us in advance for guidance. Should damage occur during your event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide instructions.

For bookings placed at least 7 days before pickup or delivery, you may choose to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit instead of the full rental fee upfront. This deposit secures your items for the booked date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to pickup/delivery. If the balance is not received by this deadline, your reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

Orders placed less than 7 days before pickup/delivery must be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments can be made via e-transfer, cash, or cheque — credit cards are not accepted.

Any changes to your order after booking are subject to availability and may affect your total cost. During peak seasons, we may require full payment earlier to guarantee availability.
